Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to support daily operations of residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist leadership, supervise staff, promote independence, and ensure person-centered care in community settings across Cape-based and Martha’s Vineyard programs.

The role requires active MAP certification for a differential, a valid license, and a commitment to team-based solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D1.
• 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Director with oversight of daily residence operations.
• Supervise and train residential staff, modeling best practices in care and support.
• Provide on-call coverage, including weekends and RD vacation.
• Support residents to learn life skills and promote independence.
• Monitor health, nutrition, medication administration, and appointments.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly residential spaces.

Assistant Residence DirectorPay: $22.50/hr with an additional $1/hr for active MAP certificationSchedule:Are you ready to take the next step in residential care leadership? Seven Hills is seeking a dedicated Assistant Residence Director to support the day-to-day operations of our residential programs and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities. This role provides hands-on leadership experience and opportunities to develop skills for future operations management.As an Assistant Residence Director, you’ll work closely with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered support while promoting independence, community involvement, and personal growth for the individuals we serve.Starting pay is $22.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour.
