Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to support daily operations of residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, community involvement and personal growth for residents.

• Standard driver’s license – class C or D1 – 3 years of related experience.

Seven Hills is seeking a dedicated Assistant Residence Director to support the day-to-day operations of our residential programs and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities. This role provides hands-on leadership experience and opportunities to develop skills for future operations management.As an Assistant Residence Director, you’ll work closely with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered support while promoting independence, community involvement, and personal growth for the individuals we serve.Starting pay is $22.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour.
