Assistant Residence DirectorPay: $22.50/hr with an additional $1/hr for active MAP certificationSchedule: (FO) Tuesday 9-5pm, Wednesday 8a-4p, Thurs & Friday 3-10pm, Saturday 3-11pm. Seven Hills is seeking a dedicated Assistant Residence Director to support the day-to-day operations of our residential programs and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities. This role provides hands-on leadership experience and opportunities to develop skills for future operations management.As an Assistant Residence Director, you’ll work closely with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered support while promoting independence, community involvement, and personal growth for the individuals we serve.Starting pay is $22.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential.
