Job summary

ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking an Advisor - Area Development to drive revenue by managing donor and volunteer efforts across the territory. You will build relationships, plan high-value fundraising events, and promote St. Jude awareness while meeting targets.

The role requires travel (15–20%), evenings/weekends for events, and a hybrid work arrangement at the St. Louis territory office, 680 Craig Road, Suite 300, St. Louis, MO 63141.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in fundraising, development, customer service, or sales.
• Demonstrated relationship management success and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong communication, organizational, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow high-value fundraising events (galas, dinners, golf tournaments).
• Recruit, cultivate, and steward donors and volunteers; maintain engagement through outreach and visits.
• Lead multiple active event committees to execute revenue-producing events and solicit sponsors.
