Job summary

ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital seeks an Advisor - Area Development in Phoenix to drive donor engagement and revenue across the territory.

You will recruit volunteers, cultivate sponsors, and lead high-impact fundraising events while representing the hospital publicly in the community. The role requires five years of fundraising or related experience, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel within the Phoenix area and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of fundraising, development, customer service, or sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals by managing, recruiting, and expanding volunteer and donor efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, sponsors, and community partners.
