ALSAC is seeking an Advisor - Area Development to drive revenue by managing, recruiting, and expanding volunteer and donor efforts across the Las Vegas area for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant fundraising, development, customer service, or sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated relationship management success and peer-to-peer fundraising expertise.

Responsibilities

• Establish and activate national fundraising initiatives across the area.
• Recruit volunteers, sponsors, and partners to maximize revenue.
• Exceed financial and stewardship goals per leadership guidance.
• Build relationships with volunteers and donors through face-to-face interaction.
• Provide support and resources to volunteers and donors via various channels.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for events in the assigned area.
• Grow high-value revenue-producing events (250k+).
• Maintain records of contacts and revenues using designated tools.
