Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, give direction, and follow through to completion.
• Maintain high quality of Customer service and fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all non-exempt Associates.
• Lead store operations and ensure policies for Customers, Associates, and merchandising are followed.
• Assist in payroll administration and scheduling to meet business objectives.
• Develop Associates through training and performance feedback.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
