Job summary

Harry & David is seeking a warehouse supervisor/lead to manage a team of 10+ ticket processors at a 10,000 square foot storage site in Medford, Oregon. You will direct daily activities, oversee material receiving, storage, and transfers, and ensure accuracy of receipts and shipments.

The role requires supervising workflow, coordinating with the EWM specialist, and maintaining safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. Drug testing applies due to safety sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a production or warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with warehouse processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to train and coach associates on procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to pass drug screening (safety sensitive).

Responsibilities

• Take attendance and provide work direction and priorities to a team of 10+ Ticket Processors in ticket production.
• Operate Warehouse Management System to research and gather information.
• Troubleshoot department processes and improve workflow.
• Provide feedback on performance using tracking tools.
• Maintain communication with Supervisor to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform other duties as required.
