Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery driving experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in loading, securing, and delivering products.
• Basic computer skills for route navigation and delivery documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assignments to maximize productivity and quality control.
• Lead storage and handling of production materials and shipments.
• Coordinate daily cycle counts of production materials.
• Enforce safety best practices and coach staff on procedures.
• Train teammates and resolve work problems as needed.
• Supervise warehouse activities including loading/unloading and stock maintenance.
• Verify in-stock positions and monitor inventory levels for sales staff.
• Provide support to supervisors and liaise between staff and management.
