Harry and David, LLC is seeking an on-site Warehouse Lead to oversee a team of 10+ Ticket Processors, ensuring accurate receipts, transfers, and storage. You will coordinate with the supervisor and EWM specialist to resolve issues affecting timely material movement and customer order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes safety and productivity, requiring hands-on training, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to sit for an extended amount of time.
• Lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• This is a safety sensitive position, subject to initial and follow-up drug testing.

Aufgaben

• Take attendance and provide work direction and priorities to a team of 10+ Ticket Processors in the printing and production of ticket loads. Ensure productivity, accuracy and cost controls are met or exceeded
• Use Warehouse Management System to research/gather information
• Demonstrate proficiency in department processes and troubleshoots problems and
• Impact retention positively by fostering a respectful team environment that supports Workplace Values through professional communication, motivation and timely problem resolution
• Provide one on one or group hands-on training for new and returnee associates on all functional aspects of the ticket processing
• Provide constructive and timely feedback on performance utilizing department tracking tools and
• Maintain constant communication with Supervisor to ensure efficient workflow. Report trends and issues to Supervisor to proactively avoid or head off potential
• Perform other duties as required
