Job summary

Proformance Builder Solutions is seeking an Area Manager to oversee construction field and office operations across the assigned region. You will serve as the primary contact for builders, manage escalations, coordinate subcontractors and field technicians, and drive safe, high-quality project delivery.

This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, experience in construction management, and the ability to balance timelines with budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with builders and teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools, including Dynamics and Skedulo.
• Ability to manage payroll, subcontractors, and customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field and office operations in the assigned area.
• Guide Field Technicians and adjust schedules.
• Dispatch subcontractors and manage payroll in Dynamics.
• Enforce safety and quality standards with subcontractors.
• Build and maintain builder relationships; attend meetings.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and material deliveries.
• Document safety, quality chargebacks, and area performance in Dynamics; report to management.
