Job summary

Proformance Builder Solutions is seeking an Area Manager to oversee construction field and office operations across the assigned area in Florida. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage field staff, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while maintaining strong builder relationships.

The role requires leadership experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with Dynamics and Skedulo to track work orders, payroll, and project progress in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for builder relations.
• Familiarity with Dynamics and Skedulo for field operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction field and office operations for the assigned area.
• Guide Field Technicians to ensure performance and policy adherence.
• Assign work orders and adjust schedules using Dynamics and Skedulo.
• Manage subcontractor payroll and ensure timely payments.
• Enforce safety requirements and manage safety chargebacks.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders and attend on-site meetings.
