Job summary

ProFormance Builder Solutions in Tampa, FL, is seeking an Area Manager to lead construction field and office operations across the assigned area. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules in Dynamics and Skedulo, and serve as the primary contact for builders.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, customer relationships, and on-site visits, with responsibilities to complete 3-5 work orders daily and ensure timely communication and documentation in Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction field operations and office operations for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to Field Technicians to ensure efficient performance and adherence to company policies and standards.
• Assign work orders and adjust schedules using Dynamics and Skedulo.
• Assign subcontractors per project requirements and manage payroll and payments for the area.
• Enforce safety requirements for subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety policies.
