Job summary

Proformance Builder Solutions in Florida is seeking an Area Manager to lead all construction field and office operations in the assigned area, coordinating subcontractors and field technicians, while ensuring safety and high-quality standards. The role serves as the primary contact for builders and drives on-time project execution.

The Area Manager will build strong relationships with builders, manage schedules, and oversee payroll for subcontractors, with a pay range of $70,000–$90,000

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or a similar leadership role.
• Proficiency with Dynamics and Skedulo for field operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction field operations and office operations for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to Field Technicians to ensure efficient performance and adherence to company policies and standards.
• Assign work orders and adjust schedules using Dynamics and Skedulo.
• Coordinate subcontractors and payroll for the assigned area and ensure timely payments.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across all subcontractors and projects.
• Attend on-site builder meetings and maintain builder relationships within the area.
• Complete 3–5 work orders daily in assigned communities and manage material deliveries as needed.
