Job summary

Proformance Builder Solutions is seeking an Area Manager to lead all construction field and office operations for the assigned area. You’ll serve as the main contact for builders, manage escalations, coordinate subcontractors and field technicians, and ensure projects run safely and on budget.

You will build strong relationships with builders, attend on-site meetings, and maintain high safety and quality standards while optimizing schedules and resource use through Dynamics and Skedulo.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar leadership role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with payroll management and subcontractor coordination.
• Customer relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction field and office operations for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance to Field Technicians and ensure policy adherence.
• Assign work orders and adjust schedules using Dynamics and Skedulo.
• Manage subcontractors and payroll; monitor performance and safety.
