Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, safety standards, and quality control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with builders, subcontractors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction field and office operations for the assigned area.
• Manage subcontractor payroll and ensure timely payments.
• Enforce safety requirements for all subcontractors and audit safety tickets in Dynamics.
• Attend on-site builder meetings and manage builder relationships.
• Document visits and conversations in Dynamics to maintain records.
