Proformance Builder Solutions is seeking an Area Manager to lead all construction field and office operations within the assigned area. You will coordinate builders, subcontractors, and field technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget, while upholding safety, quality, and strong customer relations.

The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and hands-on management of schedules in Dynamics and Skedulo.

Qualificações

• Experience in construction management or a leadership role.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Dynamics and Skedulo.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all construction field and office operations for the assigned area.
• Manage subcontractor payroll and performance, and assign work in Dynamics.
• Enforce safety and quality standards with subcontractors.
• Build and maintain builder relationships; attend on-site meetings.
• Ensure 3–5 work orders are completed daily in assigned communities.
• Maintain records in Dynamics and provide regular area performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
