Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent).
• Extensive experience supervising craft professionals and superintendents.
• Strong planning, scheduling and coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leadership / Supervision of craft personnel and foremen to meet schedules and budgets.
• Planning and productivity: determine workforce requirements and coordinate area plans.
• Tools, materials & equipment: oversee tool usage and ensure materials on site.
• Safety & quality: ensure design documents are current and work meets specs and schedules.
• Technical: interpret engineering/Vendor documents and coordinate with subcontractors.
