Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a senior construction leader to manage direct reports and lead interdisciplinary teams to establish construction methods and support activities. You will oversee the construction process, review plans for costs and constructability, and lead proposal preparation.

You will drive studies, lessons learned, and new methods to optimize project completion. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across disciplines, with responsibility to coordinate with field

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or international equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading field professionals and construction management teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage jobsite operations including onsite activities of the company, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and their representatives.
• Establish, coordinate and implement construction schedules, manning charts, and material/equipment needs.
• Control jobsite expenditures within area for labor, equipment, material and services.
• Supervise personnel within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Maintain relationships with the client and their representatives; ensure safety and QA/QC compliance.
