Bechtel's Manufacturing and Technology (M&T) unit is designing a semiconductor fab in Clay, NY. The Lead Structural Superintendent will lead structural steel construction, ensuring safe, high-quality execution across project areas, and provide mentorship to the steel team and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to meet project objectives and maintain schedule performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of structural steel construction and related inspections.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop multiple Structural Superintendents and subcontractors.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and supervision to Structural Superintendents and field teams across project areas.
• Establish execution strategies, work plans, and coordination across disciplines.
• Coordinate with Field Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement, and client representatives.
• Review progress, costs, schedules, and quality; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Maintain resources and equipment; ensure safe, efficient installation.
• Promote Bechtel's Zero Accident Philosophy through coaching and development.
