Job summary

Pizza Hut in Wayne, Nebraska is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations.

You will drive sales, optimize labor and costs, and ensure food quality and guest experience while executing company initiatives; travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel between locations and stay away as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
