Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations in the region. The role focuses on driving sales, profitability, and guest experience while upholding standards of quality and service.

You will analyze P&L statements, manage labor costs, and implement company initiatives across all sites. This position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
