Hospitality Restaurant Group seeks an Area Coach to lead 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring top performance and strong customer satisfaction. You will hire, coach and evaluate RGMs, drive financial results and lead program rollouts across the designated stores.

The role requires proven multi-unit management, excellent communication, and the ability to travel daily between locations with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants in the area.
• Hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the 4 Rights and provide regular feedback in 1:1 sessions.
• Take initiative, stay highly active, and drive performance.
• Monitor customer perceptions via visits, VOC and CORE analyses.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs for success.
• Resolve customer issues quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Analyze area financial performance and identify trends.

You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

Role:

• People Role model the How We Work Together Principles.
• Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach your RGMs on the "4 Rights" in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily
• Background checks are run on all management employees
