Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to lead and supervise four to ten Taco Bell restaurants. You will hire, develop, and coach RGMs and shift leaders, drive customer satisfaction, and monitor financial performance across your territory.

You will travel regularly between stores, engage with staff and customers, and implement product rollouts while maintaining a positive team culture and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proven ability to build and develop teams of managers.
• Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Strong budgeting and accounting aptitude with basic math skills.
• Comfort with using basic computer tools and reporting.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants.
• Find, hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the four rights and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
• Take initiative and maintain a high activity level to meet objectives.
• Assess customer experience through visits, VOC and CORE analyses.
• Lead product and program rollouts to ensure restaurant success.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Analyze the financial performance of the area and identify trends.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with staff and customers.

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

Role:

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily
