Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop General Managers across multiple locations. You will drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

The role requires travel, a strong track record in multi-unit restaurant leadership, P&L experience, and the ability to train teams. Competitive pay, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred)
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience)
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel

• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics

• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs
