Taco Bell Franchise in Tennessee seeks an Area Coach to lead 4–10 restaurants, drive performance, and develop Restaurant General Managers. You will coach teams, analyze operations, and manage finances while visiting stores to ensure standards are met and customer satisfaction remains high.

You will travel between designated locations daily, build strong teams, and uphold company values, driving growth and a positive guest experience across the region.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven ability to hire, coach and develop managerial employees.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving customer satisfaction and financial targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants to meet/exceed annual operating plans.
• Find, hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on core principles and provide regular 1:1 feedback.
• Travel between stores daily; analyze VOC and CORE to assess performance.
• Lead product and program rollouts; resolve customer issues quickly.
• Monitor financial performance and trends; maintain positive relations with staff and customers.

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

Role:

• People Role model the How We Work Together Principles.
• Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach your RGMs on the “4 Rights” in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
• Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required and maintain a high activity level.
• Understand how customers are viewing your restaurants through scheduled visits and detailed analysis (VOC and CORE).
• Lead product and program rollouts with your RGMs to ensure success.
• Resolve Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations.
• Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers, employees and customers.
• Analyze the financial performance of your area and understand trends.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily
