Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking an Area Coach to lead multiple restaurant teams across a multi-unit environment. The role focuses on recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating managers to drive performance and growth.

The ideal candidate will bring two years of multi-unit leadership in food service or retail, plus strong communication skills and proficiency with Excel and Word. You will work to maintain high standards, manage assets, and support district-level growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Two years of multi-unit leadership experience in a food service or retail environment with full operational responsibilities including new asset development and rebuilds.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple restaurant teams in a multi-unit environment and recruit, train, coach, motivate, and evaluate performance.
• Drive sales while maintaining high quality and achieving overall objectives.
• Communicate with empathy, clarity and transparency across all levels of the business.
• Provide direction and develop managers to grow their careers.
