Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Area Coach to lead multiple restaurant units across the region. You will recruit, train, coach and evaluate managers, driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will analyze performance metrics, mentor teams, and ensure high standards while achieving sales goals. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with empathy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university.
• Two years multi-unit leadership experience in either food service or retail with full operational responsibilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to utilize technology platforms to measure operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor managers across multiple restaurant units.
