Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Two years multi-unit leadership experience required in food service or retail with full operational responsibilities.

• Evaluate performance and provide direction to area teams.
• Mentor and develop managers, motivating restaurant teams to achieve goals.
