Job summary

Home Helpers is seeking a dependable Area Care Tech (ACT) to support clients in Springdale, AR across multiple homes. Daily Pay is available for this role, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates are experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about high-quality in-home care. Travel to client homes is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Active CNA or PCA license preferred or willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Clean background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Document care activities and report changes in client condition.
• Respond quickly to client needs across assigned locations.
