Home Helpers of AR is seeking an Area Care Tech to support clients when regular staff are unavailable. This role offers daily pay and flexibility, ideal for experienced CNAs or those pursuing CNA certification, with a focus on consistent, compassionate in-home care across multiple locations.

The position emphasizes personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, and companionship, with opportunities for advancement and a client-first mindset.

Qualificações

As an ACT, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas

What We're Looking For:

• Age 18 or older
• Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Clean background check and drug screening
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
