Job summary

Area Care Tech (ACT) positions are available to support clients when regular staff are unavailable, across multiple homes in the Coeur d'Alene area. You’ll help maintain continuity of care and build strong rapport with clients and families in a compassionate, reliable way.

This role suits experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced settings, value variety, and are willing to travel to client homes as needed. CNA/PCA preferred plus valid driver’s license and clean background check.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA license preferred, or willingness to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Clean background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Document care activities and report changes in client condition.
• Respond quickly to client needs in homes across assigned areas.
