Home Helpers is seeking an Area Care Tech (ACT) in Idaho to maintain continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, and companionship while documenting changes and reporting promptly.

The role suits experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced environments and desire flexible schedules and meaningful impact in home-based care.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old or older.
• Active CNA or PCA license preferred or willingness to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Clean background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Document care activities and report changes in client condition.
• Respond quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas.
