Job summary

Home Helpers of AR in Hot Springs, AR is seeking an Area Care Tech (ACT) to support clients across multiple homes when regular staff are unavailable. This role suits experienced caregivers or CNAs who value flexibility, compassion, and real impact.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and document changes in client condition while traveling between assigned homes.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA license preferred, or willingness to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Document care activities and report changes in client condition.

What We’re Looking For:

• Age 18 or older

• Current auto insurance

• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
