Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 6 years of banking or retail experience including at least 5 years of supervision in banking or a financial institution.
• Experience leading branch management and sales in financial institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning with senior management to set goals and budgets for branch network.
• Lead community relations and business development initiatives to grow deposits and loans.
• Ensure adherence to policies, controls, and regulatory requirements across branches.
• Provide leadership and development for branch managers and staff; oversee staffing and performance reviews.
