Qualifications

• Six years of banking or retail experience with at least five years in supervision.

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet branch production goals.
• Represent Self-Help in community and business development activities to grow deposits and loans.
• Oversee branch operations, ensure compliance and risk controls.
• Lead and mentor branch managers and staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Foster strong community relations and partnerships.
