Liberty Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for the Hartford/Middlesex County area. The role leads daily branch operations, grows market share, coaches teammates, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.

You will drive profitability by implementing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and collaborating with senior management to meet branch objectives. The position requires NMLS registration, 2+ years of sales management in retail/financial services, and availability

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years sales management experience in Retail and/or Financial Services industry preferred.
• Strong people leadership skills: ability to engage, motivate and develop teammates.
• Ability to coach and mentor teammates to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Ability to develop new and existing business relationships, including disciplined weekly business calling as expected.
• Ability to think strategically and assist the Market Manager to execute on the direction, priorities, and goals of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, decision making and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a high concern for accuracy.
• Ability to make sound decisions including managing the balance of risk and the delivery of a superior customer experience.
• Well organized self-starter that has the ability to forecast and plan effectively.
• Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business.
• This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily branch operations, providing comprehensive retail services and driving growth.
• Manages HR activities including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance appraisals.
• Coaches teammates to support career development and sales goals.
• Conducts weekly in-person business calls to deepen new and existing relationships.
• Maintains balance of sales, service, and operations objectives to achieve branch goals.
• Develops new business relationships and represents Liberty Bank at professional events.
