Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL and DOT medical card.
• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment experience or 1500 hours minimum.
• Ability to operate and coordinate multiple heavy machines in remote Arctic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspections on trucks and heavy equipment.
• Operate graders, loaders, snowblowers, dozers, excavators, and tankers as required.
• Ensure loads are secured and transported safely per DOT and Worley policies.
• Communicate with dispatch and site personnel for safe operations.
• Attend toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
