Worley is seeking Heavy Truck Mechanics for rotational positions based in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. These roles involve maintaining and repairing heavy and light equipment in a remote Arctic environment, with a rotational schedule and all accommodations provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered by Worley auto insurer.
• High school diploma or GED.
• NSTC certification (training provided by Worley).
• Ability to work in harsh Arctic conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of five (5) years of heavy equipment maintenance experience, or an associate degree/certification in diesel/heavy equipment technology with two (2) years of experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered by Worley auto insurer
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) certification (Worley can provide training if needed)
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, crawl, reach, and work overhead in harsh Arctic conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 90 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and work at heights
• Ability to wear and utilize fall protection
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
• Knowledge of PACCAR equipment, diesel theory, hydraulics, electrical and pneumatic systems
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and computers
