Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Roustabout for a remote rotational assignment based in Prudhoe Bay, AK. You will perform a range of manual duties, operate power and hand tools, and support the Worley embedded field lead and foreman.

The role requires basic mechanical knowledge, adherence to safety policies, and ability to work in harsh Arctic conditions. Meals and lodging are provided on site, with transportation from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay included.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
• Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Capable of learning safety and operations procedures and demonstrate required competencies.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Operate standard construction and maintenance hand and power tools safely.
• Tend to pumps, compressors, and generators to provide power for tools and equipment.
• Erect and disassemble temporary structures such as shoring, braces, ramps.
• Prepare and clean work areas to eliminate hazards.
• Clean tools and equipment and maintain tidy work areas.
• Position, align, or level machines and structures.
• Perform manual labor including cleanup and backfilling excavations.
• Support other crew members as directed.
• Comply with HSE management systems and hazard mitigation processes.
• Complete hazard assessments and implement mitigations.
• Safely climb ladders of various heights.
