Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Rigger/Signalman for a remote/rotational role in Prudhoe Bay, AK, with a duration of about one year. The role involves assembling rigging, directing crane operators, and ensuring safe hoisting of loads on a construction project in a remote Arctic environment.

The position requires 1–2 years of rigging experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and NSTC certification training.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in rigging/signaling lifting equipment.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and insurance eligibility.
• NSTC certification training is available through Worley.

Responsibilities

• Erect, raise, join, and place structural components or members to form structures.
• Lift/move equipment and loads with cranes or hoisting devices.
• Select cables, ropes, pulleys, and blocks for load size.
• Set up and brace hoisting equipment using tools.
• Communicate with crane operator via hand signals or radio.
