Job summary

WorleyParsons seeks an experienced Project Crane Operator for a remote/rotational role in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The position supports a one-year construction project with a high weekly hours target and meals/lodging provided on location.

OSHA/compliance and NSTC/NCCCO certifications are required. Responsibilities include operating multiple crane types, pre-operation inspections, lift planning with foremen, and maintaining logs and safety documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years operating at least one of: boom trucks, rough terrain cranes, pedestal cranes, truck cranes, crawler cranes, tower cranes, derricks, side booms.
  • NCCCO crane operator certification (TSS & TLL) required.
  • NSTC certification provided/training available by Worley.
  • High school diploma or GED required; CDL (Class A) preferred.
  • NSTC certification training may be provided by Worley as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Operate crane equipment including boom trucks, rough terrain cranes, pedestal cranes, truck cranes, crawler cranes, derricks and side booms.
  • Ensure lifting equipment is inspected and compliant with OSHA and policy.
  • Develop and coordinate lifts with area authority and foreman.
  • Pre-check and inspect all equipment prior to operation and document status.
  • Notify foremen of faulty equipment and tag out unsafe gear.
  • Attend required trainings and ensure daily/monthly/annual certifications for cranes.
