Job summary

Worley is seeking a Scaffold Laborer/Roustabout for a remote, rotational project in Alaska. The role involves assisting in erection and dismantling of scaffolds, heavy lifting, and site preparation, with meals and lodging provided while on location and transport to Prudhoe Bay supplied.

Duration is approximately one year, with start planned for Oct/Nov 2026. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or NSTC certification, valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn across crafts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured.
• High school diploma or GED or NSTC certification supported training.
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) certification is available via Worley.

Responsibilities

• Assist scaffold builders with erection, maintenance and dismantling of scaffolds.
• Handle various scaffold systems and components per safety specs.
• Perform heavy lifting and cleanup to support the crew.
• Prepare surfaces and installation areas for scaffold work.
• Attend safety and technical training as required.
