Job summary

Worley in Prudhoe Bay, AK is seeking a Fire & Gas Electrical Apprentice on a rotational schedule. You'll support Journeymen in installing and maintaining electrical systems in a brownfield petrochemical environment, with two weeks on/two weeks off (or three on/three off) and a typical 84-hour week.

The role requires enrollment in ABC Apprenticeship, Alaska Fitness Card, high school diploma, valid license, NSTC certification training. On-site safety and NEC/NFPA70E knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Must enroll in ABC Apprenticeship program.
• Current Alaska State Fitness Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and able to be insured.
• NSTC certification training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Electrical Journeyman with setup, maintenance, and installation of industrial electrical systems.
• Learn to bend, cut, thread, and install conduit.
• Assist in pulling MC-HL cable and wiring termination.
• Follow NEC codes and safety policies.
• Participate in toolbox meetings and site safety rules.
