RWDY Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator IV to oversee Willow Pipeline field activities on the Alpine, Alaska project. You will supervise contractor progress, resolve execution issues, and coordinate with multiple teams to meet milestones and safety standards.

The role requires extensive field presence, strong interfacing with project leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement in Arctic construction operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pipeline construction or related construction experience.
• Proven ability to manage interfaces involving multiple field construction contractors.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Competency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review construction permits and drawings, contractor work plans, constraints, and hazards.
• Provide field execution feedback to planning teams and supervision.
• Input into construction support strategies including camps, aviation, and logistics.
• Support transition of construction plans into field execution.
• Provide field oversight to ensure milestones, scope, cost, quality, and HSE compliance.
• Monitor contractor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate interfaces between construction contractors and Company orgs.
• Lead safety engagements and participate in toolbox talks and site audits.
