Job summary

CUBE 3 Studio, LLC is seeking an Architecture Project Manager in Miami, FL to lead projects from inception to completion. The PM will coordinate design development, production of working drawings, and construction administration, reporting to the Project Executive.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience and a professional degree in architecture, with strong Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop skills, plus excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years related experience in architectural projects.
• Leads architecture projects from concept through completion and construction administration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Delivers projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintains ongoing, positive and proactive client relationships.
• Effectively coaches, mentors and provides performance-enhancing feedback to team members.
• Directs construction administration, shop drawings, and field observations.
• Ensures QA/QC and adherence to codes and project standards.
