Job summary

Cube 3 is seeking a Project Architect who will serve as the key design lead on projects, delivering schematic design through construction documents. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with consultants, clients, and the QA/QC team to ensure design integrity and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in architecture, a professional architecture degree, and strong Revit/BIM capabilities to support multi-state work and complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years related experience in architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture School.
• Strong design and technical abilities across schematic design through construction documentation.
• Experience coordinating work of consulting engineers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development and preparation of Construction Documents.
• Coordinate with consultants and team members; manage project schedule.
• Mentor junior staff and lead internal/project meetings.
• Oversee accuracy of drawings, details, sections and schedules.
