Job summary

CUBE 3 is seeking a Project Lead to guide design teams from schematic through construction documents, with strong BIM and Revit skills. You will lead coordination with consultants, clients and internal staff to deliver high‑quality architecture and interior design projects.

You will mentor junior staff, manage schedules and budgets, and contribute to the firm’s continued growth and design leadership. This on‑site role offers a collaborative, design‑driven environment in Miami.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years related experience in architecture, interiors and/or construction.
• Professional degree from an accredited architecture or interior design program.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams under the Project Manager or Project Executive to deliver projects.
• Develop schematic design, design development and construction documents with BIM tools.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and internal teams to maintain schedule and budget.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in business development opportunities.
