Job summary

CUBE 3 Studio, LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Mid-Level Architect to join our design-focused team. You’ll contribute across programming, schematic design and construction documents, applying Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp to create compelling design solutions.

You’ll collaborate with project teams and consultants, manage design drawings within budgets and schedules, and advance professional development through mentorship and structured trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related experience in architecture and/or construction.
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture School.

Responsibilities

• Develop presentation materials and create Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents.
• Use Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp for modeling and renderings.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal/external team members.
• Support QA/QC teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Deliver design solutions within established budgets and schedules.
