Job summary

Cube 3 Studio, LLC in Miami seeks a Mid-Level Architect to join our expanding design team. You will contribute from schematic design through construction documents, leveraging your years of experience in architecture to deliver focused, well-coordinated solutions under project deadlines.

You’ll work with project managers and consultants, produce presentation materials, build models in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp, and help ensure design quality while meeting budget and schedule constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related experience in architecture or construction
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture School
• Excellent technical and design communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop schematic design, design development and construction documents
• Create presentation materials and renderings
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams
• Assist QA/QC and manage design accuracy and schedules
• Deliver within project budgets and programs
